SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
We offer local pickup for folks in the Dallas/Fort Worth area if buyer wants to save on shipping.
Otherwise our shipping rate is a flat rate of $10.00.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Our current lead time is 2 weeks for charcuterie boards and framed canvas prints. Small items such as catch all trays typically take 1 week. Add an additional week for custom orders. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
WHY DOES MY ORDER TAKE SO LONG?
Every Orange Brain Design product is hand-crafted to order by Kim & Sonny, which just means we do not keep a lot of stock of any items that are finished. We like to build pieces once the specific sizes and colors have been chosen by the customer. We do have some “Ready to Ship” items that are available though so if there is a specific product you need faster, we can check to see if we have it in stock already.
